Suspended bodyweight exercise offers a fresh method of fitness training.  It can lead to exciting body composition and fitness results for people of all abilities.  It allows us to implement our own body weight to enhance fat loss and develop gains in strength, flexibility, balance, power, core stability and joint stability.

In my opinion, one of the greatest features is that it is a suitable method for everyone regardless of their fitness level, age or health status.  The level of difficulty and intensity of the exercises performed can be pre determined by adjusting your body position and angles to suit, this offers us complete control over every session and allows us to progress quickly and safely.
