		<description>Great point, it does take effort - and lot&#039;s of it!  People need to make long term lifestyle changes one manageable step at a time, then the feeling of effort should disappear as eating well and exercising regular becomes the norm.</description>

		<description>I agree. The risks are so high. so many diseases and illnesses can be caused and or the severity of it multiplied by being obese - 20-30 pounds overweight. Maintaining a healthy weight takes effort - controlling eating habits and exercising regularly, I think that is why most choose not to do it.</description>
